To ensure high-quality and appropriate content across the ER:LC Billboards platform, all advertisements must comply with the following guidelines:

- Server promotions with clear branding and purpose
- Event advertisements (e.g., patrols, roleplay events)
- Job recruitment ads (e.g., staff, developers)
- Department server promotions (e.g., law enforcement, fire rescue, DOT)
- Community updates or announcements

- Inappropriate or NSFW imagery, language, or references
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory remarks
- Scam links or misleading promotions
- False claims or impersonation of other groups
- Low-effort ads (e.g., plain text with no styling or formatting)
- Clickbait titles or fake partnerships
- Excessive emoji spam or special characters

- Weapons not featured in ER:LC (e.g., real-world references)
- Explicit violence, gore, or disturbing content
- Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco references
- External Discord invite links (unless approved)
- Direct donation links or pay-to-win incentives

- Use clean, readable fonts and colors
- Images must be clear and properly scaled
- Must not mimic ER:LC staff announcements
- Ensure mobile responsiveness if linking to external content
