6. Payment and Fees

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to complete a transaction may result in service termination.
• Payments are currently not a part of ER:LC Billboards Services.
• If any found source of payment is required for ER:LC Billboards, click the "?" icon below on the right and report the page or site immediatly, ER:LC Billboards does not charge for any service at this time.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of our terms.
• Users engaging in fraud or abuse will be permanently banned.
• Requests for reactivation of suspended accounts will be reviewed case-by-case.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from platform use.
• Users assume all risks associated with their advertisements and transactions.
• Service interruptions or outages may occur, and we are not liable for losses due to downtime.
