5. Security & Fair Use Policy

  • Anti-Hacking: We actively monitor for and will do our best to prevent any attempts to hack, exploit, or disrupt our systems.
  • Consequences: Any user found engaging in malicious activities will face severe penalties, which may include a permanent IP ban, account termination, and complete removal from all ER:LC Billboards services.
  • Developer Tools Disabled: To further safeguard our platform and user data, access to browser developer tools is disabled on our site. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, and design elements on ER:LC Billboards, including logos, graphics, software, and layout ("Service Content"), are the intellectual property of ER:LC Billboards or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, including images, text, and links ("User Content").
  • By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates our policies or applicable laws without notice.

8. Advertisements and Content

  • All submitted advertisements are subject to review at any time.
  • We prohibit offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • ER:LC Billboards reserves the absolute right to remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice.

9. Payment and Fees

  • Currently, all ER:LC Billboards services are provided free of charge.
  • If any source demands payment for ER:LC Billboards services, it is fraudulent. Please report it immediately using the help widget.
  • We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future. Any changes will be clearly communicated in advance.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of our terms, with or without notice.
  • Users engaging in fraud, abuse, or other malicious behavior will be permanently banned.
  • Appeals for account reactivation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ER:LC Billboards. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.

12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ER:LC BILLBOARDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ER:LC BILLBOARDS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ER:LC Billboards and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ER:LC Billboards. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
